This programme was organized with purpose of capacity building of both academic and non-academic staff of the University College of Matara. This 2 days programme was conducted by Academy of Adventure-Belihul-Oya. UCM staff successfully completed the training and has gained lot of motivations facts to develop their capacity. This training has made valuable impacts on UCM towards its success.
